Electro Plater/Anodiser

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electro Plater.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of producing quality work to the highest standards.

The candidate will have experience on types of Electro Plating/Anodising such as Chrome, Nickel, Stainless Steel Passivate, Cadmium, Silver, Copper and Anodising (Hard, Chromic and Sulphuric)

- Candidates must be able to: follow and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiar with the various processes used in the Aerospace Industry
- Attention to detail is prerequisite and will be required to complete quality reports and assessments, working to NADCAP, ISO 9001 and 9100 quality standards.

This is a permanent position with development potential and career progression.

Laboratory/Chemist Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory/Chemists Assistant

The ideal Candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of producing quality work to the highest standards.

The role will be to assist in the many aspects of a surface treatment laboratory including carry out testing and titration of our treatment tanks to ensure that they meet with specification and operating parameters. Produce results on a timely and regular manner in conjunction with our works Chemist and management team.

This is a permanent position with competitive rates of pay dependent upon experience with overtime available as and when demand dictates.

Masker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Masker.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of producing quality work to the highest standards. Will suit somebody with line assembly experience.

The role entails masking manufactured components for pre-treatments for many different electroplating processes such as Anodising, Chrome Plating and Painting. The candidate will be required to use various techniques such as Lacquer, Masking tape and pre-formed templates. It will be an advantage to be able to follow and interpret engineering drawings and be familiar with the various processes used in the Aerospace Industry.

Attention to detail is prerequisite and will be required to complete quality reports and assessments and working to ISO 9001 and 9100 quality standards liaising with quality management. In-house training can be given.

This role can be a precursor to furthering development and training onto the shop floor to learn further aspects of Surface Treatment Engineering dependant upon the candidate’s ability and aspirations.

NDT Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NDT Technician.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a track record of producing quality work to the highest standards.

Level 2 (preferably to en-4179/ Nas410) in Mag particle, ideally with 3 or more years experience in aerospace work

or

Level 2 (preferably to en-4179/ Nas410) in Dye penetrant, ideally with 3 or more years experience in aerospace work

Level 1 may be considered as, on-site training and support can be given to the right candidate, in order for them to qualify to the Level 2 standard.

Attention to detail is prerequisite and will be required to complete quality reports and assessments and working to ISO 9001 and 9100 quality standards liaising with quality management. In-house training can be given. Hardness testing or Nital Etch not essential but would be an advantage.
